My family has been coming here for decades now, I’ve grown up coming to this mall. I always loved it.
However, your security immediately pouncing on me as soon as I walked in and being made to lock my bag up made the experience an unwelcome feeling to begin with. I understand wanting to lock up bags as uncomfortable as it makes me personally, as a gift card carrying customer.
But having a security guard who was literally leering and leaning around corners while I was confirming my gift card balance with a cashier (yes I was already being helped, no need for extra staff visibility thank you), made me feel unsafe.
I have no idea why local places think the move is to make local shoppers feel they don’t want us there when we’re supposed to shop local.
Please do better. I don’t think I will be coming back for awhile even though I have a gift card, and you made the other person in my party uncomfortable as well. And I will be letting my family and friends know as well, who are also long time shoppers. 👎🏽
