You are booking spot(s) for our June 23rd parking lot sale. This sale takes place SUNDAY June 23rd from 9am to 4pm. You are selecting the spot number (or letter) of the space you want, NOT THE QUANTITY. If you want two (or more) spots, pick your first spot, add to cart. Select your second spot, add to cart. THEN check out.
Please see photos for the layout. The spots followed by a B are in front of United Cycle’s entrance on the brick, the spots followed by an H are wider as they are handicapped stalls. The spaces, except as noted above, are standard parking lot sized spaces – approximately 8-9 feet wide. If you have a 10 foot tent, either book 2 spots or make friends with your neighbor 🙂
By booking a spot, you agree to the following:
– Sale runs from 9 AM – 4 PM but note that we have many customers who come early, so be prepared to start selling as early as 8 AM.
– All vehicles must be removed from the sales area by 8:30 AM. After this time it is too dangerous to the public to have vehicles in the sale area. If you arrive after 8:30 AM, you will have to walk to and from your vehicle; it will not be allowed into the sale area.
– Sale happens RAIN or SHINE. If it’s pouring, storming, or air quality level is hazardous, the sale may be cancelled.
– If you are unable to make the sale, it is up to you to find a replacement; there are no refunds. If you sell your spot to someone else, please let us know so we can make the change on our Map and in our pre-sale confirmation email.
