Please see photos for the layout. The spots followed by a B are in front of United Cycle’s entrance on the brick, the spots followed by an H are wider as they are handicapped stalls. The spaces, except as noted above, are standard parking lot sized spaces – approximately 8-9 feet wide. If you have a 10 foot tent, either book 2 spots or make friends with your neighbor 🙂
By booking a spot, you agree to the following:
– Sale runs from 9 AM – 4 PM but note that we have many customers who come early, so be prepared to start selling as early as 8 AM.
– All vehicles must be removed from the sales area by 8:30 AM. After this time it is too dangerous to the public to have vehicles in the sale area. If you arrive after 8:30 AM, you will have to walk to and from your vehicle; it will not be allowed into the sale area.
– Sale happens RAIN or SHINE. If it’s pouring, storming, or air quality level is hazardous, the sale may be cancelled.
– If you are unable to make the sale, it is up to you to find a replacement; there are no refunds. If you sell your spot to someone else, please let us know so we can make the change on our Map and in our pre-sale confirmation email.
